  1. Week 3

    Session 1
    10-02-2014

    So, week 3 has started. Today Freeletics got Aphrodite for me. Everything went pretty smooth, I set a new PB wich is 2 minutes faster than my last Aphrodite and I felt i made progress, the exercises were a lot easier to do than last time wich is great to notice!

  2. Week 3

    Session 2
    12-02-2014

    After a day of rest it was time for two max exercises. Today i had to do squad max and the first time leg lever max.
    I started of way to slowly on the squad max, didn't reach my PB and had a lot of energy left so shame on me, tomorrow will be better. Last I did the leg lever max and i have to say they are harder than they look, especially in your abs. Both were with star.

    Tomorrow the same exercises as I did today, time for a new PB on both I hope!

    as time goes by you will learn to apply the best strategy and your PBs will increase in the Max excercises ;)
     
  4. Week 3

    Session 3

    So, today I did another squad max and leg lever max. After wednesday i was a little disapointed with my results so I had to go hard this time. I'm pretty satisfied with my results of today, have to say at the end the leg levers were really hard but im satisfied with my 2 new PB's :D

    Next stop, Artemis...

    Those 50 pull ups and 100 push ups are going to be extremely tough difficult!

    Artemis is a killer, it totally destroyed me! Didnt do my pull ups with a star after 20 reps, did 45 star push ups and the last session of burpees where 30 with a star.

    jep Artemis is really hard especially the first time ... but, and that's the good news, it becomes easier in a few weeks you'll see.
    I remember my first Artemis. It completely killed me. I had the T-Rex of my life!Couldn't sleep for 2 days because everytime I changed position I woke up due to my sore muscles. Then weeks later I had it again and.. nothing no sore muscles... it felt more like easy going.

    so keep going and train hard...

  9. I'll definitely keep on going and train hard. Luckily for me I didn't have the T-Rex, I did have some sore muscles though but it could be worse :lol:
     
  10. Week 4

    Session 1

    Week 4 has started! There are 5 workouts this week:
    - Hades
    - Metis
    - Uranos
    - Hades
    - Metis

    Today I felt great and energetic, no sore muscles or whatsoever. So today I did session one and I am really happy with the result. My PB for Hades was 42:15 and today I scored a new PB at 35:30, so there is a lot of progress.

    I hope tomorow I have as much energy as I had today and set a new PB for Metis.

    Yes, Yes, Yes.... great improvement for the boss of the underworld... he's a real killer... (one of my favourite workouts) I really like the Burpee-Sprint-Burpee combination...
    And Metis.... there's nothing to say about this one.. except that it looks so cute and tiny when you see the numbers for the first time... but then after you finished it you lay totally destroyed on the floor....

    so give it your very best... I cross fingers tht you make a new PB ;)

  12. Week 4

    Sorry for the lack of updates this week, here are my last 3 sessions.
    Also I'll add a list of my PB's in the first post.

    Session 2

    Tuesday there was a Metis session for me, I got a new PB at 9:32*!

    Uranos was pretty hard, especially those 50 pull up's without other exercises in between.

    Session 4
    23-02-2014

    I just finished session 4 this week, Hades. Hades is my favourite workout so far, I really like that one. Today I didn't reach my time from monday but I did do it with a star! So I have a new PB for Hades at 41:59*! This is the first workout with pull ups I do with a star so im quite happy at this point.

    And I did miss one day this week so I'll have to do session 5 this evening, another Metis.
     
  13. Week 4

    Session 5
    23-02-2014

    Second workout of the day was Metis, short and explosive. Again I set a new PB for this one at 8:21*

    This was a pretty good week if I may say it myself. Everyday was better than the day before and I did my first workout involving pull ups with a star! I'm ready for week 5!

    Session 1

    Yesterday I did the first session of week 5 after a 13.5 hour workday and the result was good, again a new PB for Hades 38:14*

    And today I had to do Ares two times. All 70 pull ups were in good form but I can't touch my feet for the jackknifes YET, after some time I will also get a star for this workout!

  17. Week 5

    Session 3

    Hello guys, I'm back after a short break. In the southern Netherlands we've had carnaval, wich is awesome but doesn't fit the Freeletics lifestyle. 4 days of heavy drinking, eating unhealty, dressing weird and party all day. A bit of Halloween but a bit longer and no scary theme.

    Today I had to do my first Venus workout and sweat out a lot of alcohol. I think the time will be better the next time because my body wasn't at full strength but I've completed it. Again no star because the jackknifes.

    Tomorrow Hades and after that week 6 with a delay, so I have to work hard to get back on plan!
     
  18. Week 5

    Session 4

    Today I had to do Hades, my time was 38:34*. No PB but tomorrow I'll start on week 6 to get back on schedule as fast as possible!

  19. Week 6

    First off I would like to say that after 5 weeks I can see minor changes in my body and the way I feel has improved a lot. Didn't think that 5 weeks would make such a difference. The work is hard but the results are really satisfying.

    The week started off with Hades, no PB but still not a bad time at 36:15*

    08-03-2014

    My first Poseidon and I really liked that one. I think my time can be better than this so I'll try harder next time. I've completed it in 14:00*. After Poseidon there was the split lunge max and I set a new PB at 162*.

    Tomorrow (today) I'll have a date with good old Aphrodite, time to set a new PB!
