Hi people, I`m new to the forum so probably should make a proper introduction... I`ll do that later Do anyone know what will the best workout, when f.eks. performing push ups, is it best to do as many as you can star version and then when you can`t do more just go over to the easy version without any pauses, OR take as many as you can star version then take 5 - 15 seconds pauses and then take some more until you have finished all of the push ups star version?
In Star Version take as many as you can, Rest, take as many you can, Rest, and so on. If no more Star - Reps Are possible, change to the modified Version.
