Hi, I've bought the coach program, and are following the 15 week program to both cardio and muscle building. I enjoy the sessions, even though some are hard. I'm now in my week #3 and have 6500 points.

Now I have had my last training session on Friday, and planned on working out on Saturday and Sunday too. But couldn't. I know my body enough to know that I am sick. I live up north (Norway) and have now got a cold with soar throat and muscle pain (not soarness from training, but light muscle pain due to being sick.) Also had a short term fever earlier today.

So how do I treat my body best now, health wise and to keep my progression?
What exercises should I start with? I need to not start too hard. I have really pressed myself the last 2,5 weeks, but am now wondering how to start up the smartes way after a period of being sick.

My next session should be Uranos, but now I am "exhausted" just after going to the grocery store to buy some food :)

You should first give your body the time to rest and get well again. Starting too early after being sick is a safe way to getting sick again. If you think youre ready again, I would start with the next workout thats up and while your at it listen to your body. You will know quickly if youre able to perform again. Personally I can also recommend going to the sauna and sweat the cold out ;-)
