Strenght & Cardio+ diet plan ¿?¿?

    Hi there guys!! I'm a freeletics user since some months ago and I'm quite happy with the improvement I have experienced with it. I'm in my last week of my strenght program and after resting for one week I'm gonna start a cardio+strenght workout. The question I wanna ask is the following one: I am relatively skinny (1.76cm, 65KG) but for the summer I want to lose some weight in order to have a nice 6 pack, so for this summer I want to start this cycle. I'm thinking about buying the freeletics diet program for the next cycle, because it's difficult for me to follow a diet if I don't have any guideline. Should I buy the fat burning+ gaining muscular mass diet? or the one for gaining more muscular mass? I wanna know what you think

    If you think that the cardio+strenght cycle it's not for me and I should continue with the strenght one let me know as well pleas! :3

    I just finished the strenght coach myself, together with the strength diet. I think I can perfectly relate to what you're asking. I'm 1.82cm and I used to weigh only 60kg. After the 15 weeks I now weigh 62.5kg and have a nice six pack. So for me the combo strength diet and coach worked perfectly, but then again everybody reacts differently

    I also had Nutrition guide. I think it worse buying, BUT...it won't give you proper diet, you will get fundamentals of healthy eating and few very good recipes. As for me I'm very satisfied with guide.

    As you want have nice six pack, the most important rule for you is to cut carbs in your meals!
