thank you very much. I corrected the workouts, I forget to put them. With a better diet I can continue to grow and lose more fat.
Re: AW: reivilo's workout cardio/strength Zeus and Iris both in 16:14* :shock: I don't want to offend you but are you sure your doing the workouts correct? Zeus alone has 6 minutes mandatory break that you have to make.
