Hi, I just sign up for a coach and was immediately given a set of max exercise for week 1. I have two queries which I hope you guys can assist me with. a) I signed up for a coach on Saturday, does my week ends in 2 days time or will it be the next coming Saturday? b) After I finish all my exercises given for the first week, do i click on the next week button even though there is still a few more days to the end of the week cycle? c) If i do not complete the exercises given to me for the stipulated week, will the coach function remain at that week untill the exercises are complete or will it bring me straight to the next week exercises? Thanks in advance guys...
Hi groove, congrats on your coach! You can continue with the next week once you finished all sessions 7 days after the week started. So in your case your second week will start next Saturday. You can't move on to the next week sooner, well I couldn't last time I tried, who knows it might have changed but I believe you have to waite 7 days. In short you push the button, next week will appear, but you can't move on to next week 4 days after the week has started ^^ good luck! Jeroen
Hi, I finished my program a few months ago, so may be things changed but I pretty much always clicked on "next week" as soon as I was done. For example, I usually did session 1 on Monday and finished my last session by Friday so that I could fully rest over the week-end. In this case I would click on "next week" on Friday evening, the benefits being that I could then see what was coming the following week and start planning my schedule (outdoor workouts were hard for me to fit in my agenda).
but that doesn't work anymore as far as I know, because some people clicked through their complete 15 weeks, made screenshots and cancelled their program afterwards. So now you can switch to next week only when your week is over!
Man, some guys are smart! I didn't think to do this! Anyway too bad this possibility doesn't exist anymore. In real life, getting the info on Monday morning can be too late or it can be useful to do session 1 the previous Sunday if you know the next week is super busy. Now I understand why Freeletics does that, but it's a bit of an extreme measure. May be preventing people from skipping 2 weeks in a row would be better. It prevents fraud and leaves enough flexibility for the customers who play by the rules.
During my coach I did it also like Decimus. Now my colleague had a problem to advance to the next week on the phone, but it was possible online. Concerning making screenshots of whole coach. If it is possible then all the coach is bull..hit. As I know it should be based on your previous achievements. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
