    Hello all,

    i´m going to write here, every week about my Freeletics training.

    Personal sports History: Since 4 years old to 15 I was a swimmer, At 14 years old i was really thin & fit, but when i left the pool, my weight starts to grow up and grow up..... At the end i got 119 kg, 6 years ago i decided to lost some weight and i did it, i lost 19 kilos in 3 month, and 3 years ago i lost again a little bit more till 90kg, in the last 3 years my weight was between 89Kg-93kg, it depends summer, party time, etc ;-)

    Therefore i´m really disconnected from sports, all the times i´ve tried to start to do sport, the maximum time i was doing was 1 month, I got bored and left.

    One day in a spanish webpage (not sports page), i see the video of Levent Oz, it was really impressive for me, after this video I see Arne´s video, Alexander, etc etc, and i thought i want to do this..... In October i tried to start, but in my first Aphrodite, i broke my shoulders......afters this other problem, and i left again....... but at the end of the year I said "now", and i started, at the moment i´m in the week 2, and is hard but possible, I´M DOING!!!!!!!!

    1st WEEK 07.01.2014

    Age: 36 years old
    Height: 1,82 m.
    Weight: 93.6 Kgt,

    Comments: This week was hard, really hard, just some "MAX" and in the last day an Aphrodite (41min) , and i was really tired, on Sunday I can´t move myself, I was out of energy.
    Is incredible, you know the typical comment "my brain told my why? you don´t need? you look like not too bad, but is real is not a comment or just a topic, when i´ve started aphrodite, in the first series i start to think in this way........ but i finished.

    do you know something? Was hard, but was possible, i did. :D :D :D

    2nd WEEK 13.01.2014

    Weight: 91,8 Kg (lost 1,8Kg)

    Comments: First day "Apollon" --> 37 minutes. I was exhausted, but two hours later i was plenty of energy.
    Second day "Hades" --> 39:39 minutes. It was really hard, burpees killing me, unfortunately Pullup was in "easy mode", therefore no start :-(
    Third day "Hades" --> 36:57 minutes. Starting was difficult but at the end i get to do a new PB. 2 hours later, i´m ok :-D
    Fourth day "Apollon" --> Good!!!!!! I got my new PB, 35 minutes.!!!!!! i´m happy

    At the end the week was not too bad, of course not good during exercise, but later on was good!!!!! All the exercises was in the difficult way, but pull-ups........:-(

    3rd WEEK 13.01.2014

    Weight: 91,2 (lost 2,4Kg)

    Summary: I´m really happy with some results, as i´m seeing how day per day my times are decreasing, and MAX are increasing. Of course, i´m still having problems with the exercises that includes mainly my arms, like Head Pushups, OH pushup, pull-ups, etc. Of course about pull-ups i´m seeing some progress, i think i need to have patience.. .....

    Is great when you can see the video for example from Levent OZ, when in the 5th week, he can´t see any big change in his body, as is the same for me, i´m seeing not progress......then thanks to his video, i´m not too much frustrated.

    Great way man, keep going. I have also to start writing here my story. Actually i have my own blog, but we have to make stronger international community here :)

    The beginning was hard, for all of us. I think it's great that you started over again, after your injuries. Did you talk to your doctors? It won't help if you hurt yourself again :shock:

    Hello,

    was not really big problem with the shoulders, but was one week, just the time to lost the energy to continue.......

    Problem was i think, i didn´t warm my muscles correctly, and one aphrodite after years without sports can be too much heavy ;)

    At the moment i´m continue, today i did my first HADES, as usual "was hard, really hard but i did it"

    Hello all,

    ok, today i´m starting my fourth week.

    My focus for this week, is to take care with the nutrition, at the moment, i´m following some recipes from freeletics, but unfortunately i was "out of control" to eat some not recommended food.... like sugar, chocolate, etc.

    Week per week i´m losing some weight, but in this week, i´m going to try to get contra of myself, and start to eat just what i need......

    I´m still having problems with my arms, not possible to do any HS pushups, OH pushups, but for example about pull-up, i´m seeing some progress, then ok, let´s have patience.......


    For this week, the coach propose me to do outside exercises, but i´m not sure......

    Hola José I am finally back to training after 3 weeks of injuries :) I see that you are progressing a lot, your times are as good as mine already! Good for you!!

    Im happy with the progression except exercises with my arms.... Pullups[PERSEVERING FACE][PERSEVERING FACE][PERSEVERING FACE]

    I've just finished my 4th week. Let's say it was not too bad, during the exercises i was tired, but i got finish with pb.

    Im still having problems with my arms, im still not able to do pullups without assistance.... But i'll get it!!!!

    About my body, i'm seeing no changes at the moment. Reminding Levent's video, i'm not frustrate so im confidence body will change!!!

    Hey Jose,

    I'm Sven from Munich and am currently in week 15, so last one ;) .
    Don't worry if results aren't visible yet.
    What did you expect to look like after 4 weeks :?: :?:
    If it would be so easy, many more people would look like Superman, but in reality it's not.

    There are people aroung where it even took much longer than 15 weeks, but anyway... you WILL be much fiter, stronger (physically AND mentally) and look different after the 15 weeks.
    Transformation takes it's time...Keep going and train hard then it'll come.
    With respect to the pullups... It took me 11 weeks to get a star on the first pullup workout!

    so give it your best...

    Hi Sven,

    Congratulations for your freeletics 15th week, this is nice, you get it!!!!!

    Let´s say was a funny comment, of course when i see the photos from 1st week and starting week 5th, really i see no difference, but the real life is i started with 93´6Kg and now i´m in 89,5 therefore i loss weight, but in a photo i can´t see.

    I mean, in all the videos i saw, there was no big body changes till week 8-9, and of course each body is difference, and the final result has to be difference, For sure!!!!! ;-)

    This week was hard for me, it seems i have no energy at all.... last Sunday i did a Hades with 31 minutes, on Monday again with 35:40, Wednesday Kentaruos (it kill my legs), and Friday again Hades with 35:52, therefore i didm´t get my PB with Hades, even more everyday is worst...... let´s see today, when i have to do again HADES.

    My main goal with Freeletics, has two parts, "look like" and "exercises way of live". In the look like part, of course i want to be more slim, and fit, my arms always was small, i´d like to do them a little bit bigger and strong, thats all, (of course i get to see any Pack 1,2,3....this will be crazy)
    Second goal, exercises way of life, is the most important one for me, always was difficult for me to do sports, everyday is difficult mentally to me start with the workout, for me is incredible when the people say, one day, i start to love freeletics, i need to do workouts, i´m enjoying freeletics...... for me i´m looking forward for this, but at the moment, i have to say, not get it.

    I love Munich, was the first German city I visited for work years ago, and i was there many times, also Erlangen and Nuremberg, unfortunately now i have no chance to come back again for work.

    HAPPY !!!!! HAPPY!!!!!!!!!

    I´ve just get it!!!!!!!!!!!

    As i said in previous post, this week i was fighting with HADES, each day results was worst and worst........

    Sunday last week : 0:30:50

    Monday: 0:35:42

    Friday: 0:35:52

    Sunday (today): 0:28:05

    How? Non-stopping , no pauses during burpees......

    I´m still not with * (star) due the pull-ups, but i´ve got my new PB without star, next goal, get the star!!!!!!!!

    Thanks to all to encourage me!!!!!!!

    Happy again!!!!!!!!

    I´m seeing no changes on my body...... but my performance is increasing ooooohhhhh yeahhhhh!!!!

    Last Aphrodite was 38:35, today 27:54!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
