Help with my arms!!!!!

    Hello all,

    i´d like to share with all of you, my main goal with freeletics, this is my arms & biceps.....

    Let´s say i have not too big arms, i´m a big boy, but always my arms was not too big related to my complete body...... for better idea my biceps are 34 and 35,5 centimeters.

    I´d like to know if there is any way to advance my arms development, related pull-ups is a complete nightmare for me, no possible to do more than 3-4 pull-ups complete, no one, after for example burpees...

    Is normal? with the time, and more weeks i´ll get strong and more biceps muscle (big & strong) or can i to do something in parallel?

    with pushups i have no problem, but pull-ups impossible, i donut want to think on Friday, when i have to do Head pushups....


    All opinions are welcome!!!!!

    I Was not able to do a single pull-up until week seven or 8 but now I can do 10 without stoping easy and I can go up to 15 if fresh, so do not worry, give it time. And do not worry about the size of your arms, they will grow, mine did, a lot :)

    Do pull-ups using negative repetitions and try to use fitness band doing pull-ups (this way has helped me to develope my pull-ups from 2 into 15 repetitions in short time), don't stay only with pull-ups, do also chin-ups (also using technique above if you can't do so many chin-ups). If you're able to spend some money (but not so much) and do some excercises besides freeletics you can also buy a hantle 20 lbs should be enough at the beginning and there're like million excercises using hantle.

    @kazzmataz, thanks, what is the different with chinup? I cant see in internet....seems the same [FLUSHED FACE]
    And how to use fitness band? Is possible internet link or something?
    I have hantle i can use,

    Pull up = palms outward the face, most people do them with wide grip and it's good excercises for your back more that arms
    Chin up = palms toward the face, you should do chin ups gripping bar as arms width, then involvement of your arms muscles is much higher than during doing pull-ups.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSIBm-RueNQ here's an explanation how to use fitness band, you can also hang double band, after two weeks you can hang only one band, and after another two weeks start doing pull-ups/chin-ups without band (actually you can come to another level if you can do 10 repetitions). If you have a problem with tying your bands the way they're tied in the video, let me know and i'll send you photo of my bands which help you i think.

    You also solved one questin i had, about how to put the hands, as in the freeletics example palms are outward the face, and people in videos do in different ways.... Ok now is much more clear

    Chinups are actually easier as you use your biceps, seems to be something for you ;)
