Help choosing the coach

    Hi guys, a year ago I did the 15 weeks of freeletics. I am not sure which one I did, there were pull ups in it so it was either the strength or the "normal" one.

    I started the next 15 weeks straight away but got a plantar fasciitis due to some extra running I was doing on the side.

    I want to start again but I am not sure what to do. With the 15 weeks I did not loose weight or fat tissue, but I got quite a lot of muscle growth.

    I am interested in loosing fat but I do not want to do much running as my fasciitis is not completely healed. Which coach do you think I should pick?

    Hi!

    I would choose Cardio/Strength Coach. You will loose fat for sure.

    If you have any muscular limitations you can adjust your coach!

    Hey, I would also say, you should choose the C&S-Coach.

    And I do not have as much runnig until jet. ;)
