Protein shake Workout 1 Carbs- Porridge 2 boiled eggs Protein shake Workout 2 Meal- chicken/rice/vegetables Nuts/fruit Protein shake Workout 3 Meal- chicken/rice/vegetables Is this enough to keep energy high? Do you think more English speaking athletes would join this forum if there was a English speaking section? Now to your question: It's hard to say if it's enough to get you through your hell week. It depends on your height and weight. There are several Apps and websites that calculate how much calories you need according to your height and weight and how much you have already ate today. But you don't necessarily need a calories calculator to tell you how much you should eat to get through your hell week. I managed to do it as well. Just listen to your body and eat healthy. I personally would cut back a little bit on the protein shakes. You can actually consume to much protein and that's not healthy. With all the meat you eat in between the workouts you should be able to cover your protein need with only one or two additional protein shakes (again: it depends from body to body) Cheers, Octro
