Hi! My name is Henri and i am an addict. It all started with innocent browsing of Freeletics website and with weird craving for something more while doing gym workouts. I went forward and tried it once. Then later second time. I tried to tell myself that i can just try and then quit. But like these stories always go, i got hooked. Now i'm on my third week and voices keep telling me to get some more. That voice there is the coach from freeletics program. I am 35 y's old and with background of two years in gym doing regular stuff there. I wanted to push myself harder, to the limits, and Freeletics seemed to be proper way. Now in this third week i'm loving it. And hating it My focus is to get leaner and stronger, i'm trying to fit both Freeletics and weight workout together. Let's see how it works. Ow yeah, good luck with trying to combine both weight lifting and freeletics ^^ I believe once you get started seriously (read hell week and fun times like that) you probably should lay off the weights for a few days Otherwise I think you might just overdo something
