Hello, Let me introduce myself. As stated in the title I'm from Holland. My name is Ruud, I discovered freeletics about a week ago and just got the coach on the freeletics website. I've been that slim kind of person for all my life and I am would like to change that. At this point I'm 21 years old, 1,82 m tall and my weight is 67 kg. I've played soccer in my youth but quit around 3 years ago and haven't sported much since that time. This is going to be an extremely hard course i guess but I'm going for it!

Yes I took the strenght guide. First day there were only max excercises Pushup max: 34 Pullup max: 18 Pushup max: 22 Friday I have to do my first Aphrodite, it's going to be pretty though i guess!
