Hi evryone I am Hank, from a city near Paris I discovered FREELETICS 2 weeks ago, perfect random through Facebook. Ive always practiced sports (handball, gym, climbing, rollerskating, running, bodybuilding...) I was getting tired with those activities Crossfit was what I was expecting from sport. Intensity, group values... Then I discovered FREELETICS Hope ill be learning a lot from you I even built a forum 3 days ago, it is increasing slowly. Maybe some of yours will take a look on it. Hello. I see that you were involved in many sports before, could you tell me how have you survived your first days of freeletics? Whether they were very hard for you or not so much? I'm asking because though before i started training freeletics i had been involved in sport it was hard as hell for me at the begining. Hi Thanks for your reply Where are you from? It was very light for the first week. Only 4 sessions: 1. Max burpees and max pullups 2. Max squat and Max pushups 3. Max pullups, situp and burpee 4. Aphrodite (I added a few things since it was too light)
I'm from Poland and i don't speak French at all.. Let me know when you finish a bit more difficult excercises how are they for you. I also would like to know how are your pb's because when i started freeletics my stamina was on high level comparing to my friends but when i had started i felt as if i wasn't doing any sports before and my first Aphrodite pb was 35:12, i really fast got good form though and at the moment my pb is 18:32 (i'm at week 7), but first weeks were just killer for me.
