Hi Everyone, I go by the nickname decimus iunius iuvenalis, I'm 35 and train in France. I got into Freeletics to compensate for my sedentary lifestyle and improve my physical condition. I'm boxing, so I'm mostly focusing on stamina & pure strength over gaining volume. I'm new to this forum but not so much to Freeletics. I have been training for over 7 months now. First with the 5 weeks trial, and then with the Cardio-Strength program. Since finishing the program I have been training on my own. I am still fine-tuning my training routine to get a balanced schedule and keep improving. When I'm not training, I'm blogging about it. Cheers, Decimus
