Hey! I started freeletics in january, and I'm now at week 5. I got cardio/strenght guide and nutrion guide, but I was wondering the amount of carbohydrates. All the guides meals are high in protein and vegetables, and they seems to cut off almost all carbohydrates. So, i followed those meal suggestions, but after few weeks, I didn't get pass the hunger. It was most worst in nights. So on, I added more carbs in my nutrion plan, and I'm asking now that: How much I should eat carbs per day? I've been studying some low-carb nutritions and there are many versions of it, from 20g/day to over 100g/day amounts. Of course i'm talking now about good carbs, not sugar etc
Hi there, Healthy carbs are OK. When I wanted to loose weight before Freeletics I used to go to gym and I was counting calories and all the staff around. I'm 179cm high and my weight was around 85kg. That time I have been suggested to keep my nutrition with this figures - protein 135g per day, carbohydrates 200g and 30g of fat. So if you feel hunger I think that it is OK to add some carbohydrates. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
