I am a newbee, lightweight class and started freelethics for three weeks now. After a period of being sick all the time, nothing serious but just the flu I thought I need to change my pattern in life, food, sleep, less stress. First I was impressed by watching some Barzstarzz videos but knew that this was to much to start with. Then I saw an inspiring video from Julian Pimpi with the motivational speech of Eric Thomas and then it hit me. This is what I can do and so I started. With lot's of pain and still the hang to the old pattern I feel change is on his way. I am so lucky to have a park in front of my house were I go every morning at 0600AM to start my day fresh and energetic. This is only the start but I feel there is much more to come. As I do not use Facebook (this to have more time for my kids), is there another possibility to share your progress and misery ? Thanks a lot for inspiring till so far. Milan

Hi Milan I envy the parc before your house, I need to run 2K before I can get started... (good warming-up though) Congrats on starting with freeletics and ofcourse there are different ways to share your progress. Among those there is this forum (other topic) where you can upload a diary of your freeletics challenge. Regards Jeroen
