A question about continuing after the first 15 weeks

    Hi guys,

    So when I finish my first 15 weeks, if I continue, will I start from scratch or the coach will remember my level and be more challenging?

    Good question...
    I guess the Coach will take the previous workouts in account but I'm not 100 percent sure.
    I will check it tomorrow in the German speaking section in the forum and give you an answer.

    I think that coach taken in account your strength. Thats why in first week you are doing MAXes. One example, on Reddit on guy is starting week 5 of Cardio and Strength coach (same as me) and he already has workouts in 5th week with OH Pushups and Pistols. In my 5th week plan I don't have these workouts.
