Newbie questions about Max.

    Hi, just signed up to Freeletics coach and excited to get going.

    This starts with a series of Max. Assessments in a given time.

    Can anybody tell me:
    - Is it okay to do breaks within the given time to achieve max?
    - Do these have to be full executions (starred) or can I do simplified versions?
    - Is there official Freeletics support for members?

    Thanks and apologies if these are repeat questions, couldn't find answers anywhere...

    Hi Akiraiaia and welcome to our forum.

    Regarding your questions, it's okay to pause as long as you need to. Where possible, try to go for the starred version as long as you are able, then switch to the easier one.
    If you want official support you'll have to mail the guys at freeletics.de directly, this is a private forum with no affiliation.

    You're welcome.
    But keep in mind, if yo switch to the easier version, the whole max does not count as starred ;)
    So try to keep up :D

    You have to decide at the beginning if you are doing STAR MAX or non-STAR to compare you development in the future. For example I'm doing only STAR ones.
