It seems that you arlready achieved a lot! Just look at your weight!! With the videos... well who knows if they all achieved it only with FL. Well, in my case nothing was visible after the first weeks too. Then, I can't remember when, but I I know it was pretty late in the guide, I realized that I needed to add an extra hole in my belt and then in week 14 I took a new picture. And... yes there are some results... although that was clearly not my goal, I didn't take care on nutrition at all just wanted to improve my fitness. I'm into sports since many years now and FL is not the only thing I do. For me it's just a vehicle to get better in where my real passion is (Martial Arts).
