Hi, I am in the third week with the coach. Before I tried with free workouts like aphrodite, metis, Dione, and after some problems un my shoulder and forearms decides by the coach. I was a lot of time without do sports because I have two beatiful girls, but this summer I decides change. In July weight 91,2 kg (1,90m) and I was bad. Started doing eliptic machine, but without results. Last september found freeletics and I'm very happy. Actually weight 81,7 kg and I eat clean (at least try it, sometimes.....) and I like what I see. I training at night, about 23:00 PM, alone and some days under the rain, with 5°C, and when the winter arrives it will be worst, but In Germany don't think the weather was very good. No Excuses. I'll explain my progresa next weeks. Ah, sorry for my english.
