    Hi! I'm Ale from Buenos Aires. In just in my second week. I really like this program. It's hard but very enjoyable.
    I'm also counting the calories that I eat and I lost two and a half kilo these first ten days.

    Your first Hades? Damn you lucky, it was my favo workout, till yesterday (first workout of week 2), my PB 90 days ago, took me 7 minutes longer and I was near dying :p well yeah, in time it will be a breeze again ;)
