Krasse Leistung der Mädels, sieht man umso mehr wenn man sich jetzt mal das Leaderbord anguckt, Platz 3 hat bei den Frauen 190 Wdh... Auch wenn man mal die Kommis liest, viele haben das Ziel erstmal über Runde 1 oder 2 rauszukommen, was wir da oben sehen ist einfach nur überirdisch
Wie läuft eigentlich die Teamwertung? Werden einfach jeweils die Reps/Zeiten der besten (6?) Member addiert?
Hab es gestern in der Box gemacht. Scaled 81 reps. Der erste ging direkt von letzter Woche RX zu diesmal Scaled. Unsere Mädels sind über die ersten Squats nicht hinaus gekommen. C2b war das Verhängnis. Unsere beiden RX Jungs sind auch in den ersten 3 Minuten geblieben. Die waren absolut fertig.
