Hello together, My name is Jose, I live in Madrid - Spain, i´m 36 years old. I´m new in Freeletics (Cardio + Muscle), i´m in my first week, yesterday I finished my last workout with aphrodite, was close to dead ;-) but at the end i get it and finish in the "most difficult way". It´s being hard for me, as i did no sports regularly in the last 20 years..... I´m looking forward for the second week. Hope freeletics people outside Germany increase shortly, will be great to have the opportunity to train with more people. Is really fantastic, when I saw Levent´s or Alexander´s videos training with more people!!!!! Best Regards & Let´s go!!!!!! Jose
Re: AW: Hi From Madrid - Spain Hola Jose :smile: it's impressive, that you finished Aphrodite in the star version even though you haven't done sports in 20 years :shock: Well Freeletics is spreading out from Germany step by step and I think the English speaking section of our forum would grow much faster if we would have more English speaking members who write on a regular basis. So maybe if you come here more often somebody from Madrid will eventually register and write you. And you can always infect your family, friends and colleges with the ''Freeletics virus'' and train with them. Cheers, Octro
Hi Octro, yes i´ve finished Aphrodite, but was really really difficult, since middle of the first round (50 repetitions) i wanted to leave...... but thinking in the famous sentence "no at this time", i got to finish......at the end with 41 minutes. I´ll try to participate in this forum as much as possible. In the last 4 years i was traveling for business reasons to Germany (Munich and Enlargen), but in the last months i have not anymore the chance to return, would be fine, to meet with some people experts in Freeletics, Next week my goal is Apollon and Hades, buffffff i´m wondering about pull-ups, but let´s do it. Freeletics first started in Munich ;-) there is a famous sports ground (it's the one you see in the official Freeletics videos). Feel free to open your own personal thread in the diaries and success stories section of the forum. There you can write and chat about your personal progress I've got my own diary in the German speaking section... I should open a second one in the English speaking section Cheers, Octro
Hola José! Good to hear from somebody in Spain also doing freeletics I am in Sabadell, 20kms from Barcelona and I have to do week 15, but I am taking a break as I hurt my abs on week 14. I am very impressed with your time with afrodite. The first time took me more than one hour and even now at week 14 still takes me 38 minutes...
