Hi athletes, let me introduce myself. My name is Yury Chaus. I'm originally from Belarus, but actually for 10 years leaving in Slovakia in Trnava, where I train Freelrtics I saw Freeletics add on FaceBook, it looked good and I looked for more info on web. I got interested and started with free 5 weeks. from Monday I'm starting 5th week of Cardio and Strength coach. So fa, so good Looking for new challenges with Freeletics! Only one thing, it is a pity that non-German part of these forums is so week. But we will not give up and will keep working hard
