Hello, I want to start a Freeletics program but i don't know which nutrition guide should I buy, I picked the Strength & Cardio Trainning and I dont know should i choose Burn fat or Gain muscle nutrition guide. Currently im 174 cm and 72 kg and i want to get ripped, i dont have a lot of fat in my belly but i still have a tiny bit, what do u suggest? which are the differences between those 2 nutrition guides? do u know some good food for abs and gaining muscle? thanks, i really need this for starting freelegics
