Hi freeletists I have a question, is it compulsory to follow the workout reps as mentioned in the app? Or just workout as many reps as I can? Is it a must to buy coach? Or can do by oneself ? Thank you.
Hey, If you buy the coach I'd recommend to do the number of reps the coach tells you to. But it's not neccesary to buy the coach - but then you won't have access to all workouts, only to 4 or 5 I believe. If that's enough for you, you can of course develop a workoutplan on your own. Either way you can add some exercises if you decide that you want to do a little more. But don't forget to give your body some time to rest.
